We receive only the limited order data that Shopify makes available to us as the merchant for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials.

When you submit an Instagram handle for audit, we collect publicly visible data from that profile, including:



- Profile bio, display name, link in bio, profile picture

- Public posts, reels, story highlights, and their captions

- Follower and following counts, public engagement metrics (likes, comments, views) visible on the account

- Any other information the account has chosen to make public



We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or anything that requires logging into Instagram with your credentials. We do not scrape non-public data.
